Video transcript
Hazel: I honestly believe that working in a region provides better opportunities for development and growth as a young professional. It has provided me with experiences that I would not have been exposed to so early on, had I not chosen a more traditional pathway in a major city.
Rachael: On a regional placement you get to meet great people, you get involved in all aspects of the projects and you can really get some dirt on your boots if you want, it is what you make of it.
Nick: It really does give you that accelerated boost to the start of your career, the lifestyle is very different from the big smoke. Everybody seems to be a bit calmer and take more time to work with you. The work-life balance is fantastic.
Hazel: I encourage anyone who's thinking about working regionally to just take the leap, it will have a lasting impact on your career, and you will reap the rewards in the long run.
Suman: So, what are you waiting for, grab that opportunity to challenge and discover your potential.
